'General Hospital' Spoilers for Nov. 5, 2025: Emotional Overload

The new spoiler clip for "General Hospital" is out, and emotions are running high all over Port Charles today. Tracy throws someone out of her house, and Sonny lets Drew have it. Plus, Jordan and Portia clash over Curtis, and Drew threatens Alexis.

Let's check out the "General Hospital" spoilers for Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025

If you tuned in to GH yesterday, you already know that Tracy found a copy of Monica's will — the real one. She then breezed into the Quartermaine house with it in hand and exposed Martin for the fraud that he is. He left in handcuffs, and today, Tracy's attention turns to Monica's sister, Ronnie. 

Now that it has been made clear that Monica left the house that Alan once gave her to Tracy, her first order of business is Ronnie. Today's spoiler clip begins with her telling someone to “Get out of my house.” Is Ronnie on the receiving end of this conversation, and if so, how will she handle it?

Meanwhile, Portia lands on Jordan's doorstep with a message. She had actually arrived a few minutes earlier to find Jordan kissing Curtis. “Were you expecting my husband?” Portia asks her. How will Jordan respond, and how will the two women deal with each other now that Portia's pregnancy has been confirmed?

As the women clash, Curtis is knee deep in a conversation of his own. He tells his father that he knows what he wants to do with his life. “I’ve realized Jordan is the one I want to be with,” he tells Marshall. How will he respond to his son's ephiphany?

Also in today's spoiler clip, there is conflict between Drew and Alexis. Congresswoman Cutthroat arrives at her office to find Alexis speaking with Sonny. He is furious to see them together, and Drew tells Alexis that there has been a change of plans. Is he stripping Alexis of her access to her granddaughter again out of spite?

Meanwhile, Sidwell is reeling after his unplanned meeting with Laura backfired. Nothing he said was going to convince Laura to work with him. Now that he realizes that Port Charles' residents are standing in the way of what he wants, what will his next move be? Today, Jenz meets with someone, and he tells them, “You’ll do exactly what I tell you to do.”

Next, we see Britt getting emotional while talking to Jason. “You can’t be serious," she says to him. Is Jason trying to look out for her safety, or is he talking about Rocco, who intended to steal Britt's fob?

The last few seconds of today's GH preview swing back to Sonny and Alexis in her office with Drew. Sonny drops a truth bomb and yells, “If Michael wanted you dead, you’d be dead!"
