'General Hospital' Spoilers for Oct. 27: Secrets Are Everywhere!

The new GH spoiler clip has just been released, and it looks like a week of bombshells is coming to Port Charles! Not only did Martin bring Ronnie to town, but now it seems like he is the one who drugged her tea! Also this week, Jordan inserts herself into the middle of Curtis and Portia's marriage, and Sidwell has a new hire.

Let's check out the "General Hospital" spoilers for the week of Oct. 27, 2025!

Did Martin Drug Ronnie?

The spoiler clip begins with Martin saying in a voiceover, "They're never going to figure out that we're working together," as images of Lulu, Ned, and Olivia flash on the screen. It feels like a safe bet that he is talking to Ronnie, but what is their plan? Martin found one of Ronnie's letters to Monica, written months ago, which led him to her. It seems unlikely that she is a total fraud, but what is their endgame?

In the next scene of the spoiler clip, Ronnie is standing with Tracy, stating that she isn't the one who spiked her drink, and she then accuses someone else of doing it. Martin did stop by the Qs for a brief moment during the tea party thrown in Ronnie's honor. Did he slip her a Mickey, and if so, will this completely unravel whatever plan they had in place?

Next, we see Anna in absolute shock, with no explanation. Does it have to do with Drew's shooting, the case that she has been investigating? Or has she pieced together something else to bolster her suspicion that Faison is still alive, despite his brain supposedly being held in a jar?

Britt Is Working for Sidwell

Jordan can't seem to help but put herself right in the middle of Curtis' marriage to Portia. In the latest clip, we see her telling him that Portia is pregnant, even though she is just speculating. She watched Portia turn down food and not drink at Ronnie's tea party, and jumped to the conclusion. Of course, Jordan is correct, but she doesn't know that with certainty. Still, she decides to run to Curtis rather than allowing Portia to do it in her own time.

In the last few seconds of today's preview clip, Sidwell is seen telling Professor Dalton that because he has failed to make progress, he is being replaced. In walks Britt, who had been working on things from a lab at the Five Poppies in Croatia. How will Britt's direct involvement with Sidwell now impact her life in Port Charles?
